Idler Arm, I have heard you need to re drill and lower the idler arm (67 Mustang manual steering) for clearance, if so, how do you do this without messing up the frame, steering geometry.

I would appreciate any info I can get on this project. I am doin an engine/tranny swap. 351W, 5spd into a 56 Ford Tudor Custom I think (no trim) replacing the 232-6cyl/3 spd OD. I need to know which mtr mnt conversion and what is needed to blot up the 5spd behind the 351W. he tranny isfrom a '96 Mustang 5.0 HO. I have everythig from the 5.0 from seperater plate to X-member. I dont remeber for sure but I dont think the flywheel and starter exchange with the 351 thanx.
